Prices quoted are Wholesale FOB Placentia, CA (USA) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

New Age Incense.com parent company New Age Imports, Inc. does not sell retail. This website is only for wholesale companies/customers.

If your a company/customer located in California, please email us your Resale # or Business License #. Or just simply write it in the note section when ordering.

Item Specifications

All sizes, descriptions, colors, and other specifications as listed or pictured are approximately and slight variances may occur, because the items are handcrafted/natural products.

Credit Terms

All new accounts will be Prepaid.

Credit Cards & Paypal

If you like, you may pay by credit card or paypal. We offer Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Ordering

Orders can be placed anytime using our online shopping cart. Orders also can be place by email & Fax. Please note Email and Fax orders are quick orders (up to 10 different items) anything longer than 10 items will not be accepted via Fax and Email and must be placed on our website. When using Email/Fax please be sure to include the following: your name, company name, product id you would like to order along with quantity billing and shipping address.

Minimum Order

$100

Order processing time 24-72 hours (+) depending on the product and the cart size.
Please note: We CANNOT GAURANTEE SAME DAY SHIPPING even if expedited shipping is selected. For same day shipping please request via email newageimports@sbcglobal.net

Cancellation of order:
You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping. A restocking fee of 15% will apply prior to refund.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, please Contact Us at newageimports@sbcglobal.net ASAP. Please note, shipping fee will not be refunded for orders already shipped out. A return fee (to be determined) and a restocking fee of 15% will be applied prior to your refund.


SHIPPING  POLICY

ALL orders shipping within USA are shipped using UPS Ground services (unless customer selected faster UPS delivery service upon checkout)

ALL orders shipments within USA with a value of 150.00 USD or above will have a signature required upon delivery.

We may ship to Hawaii and Alaska using USPS if requested. (Please advise to do so in the comment section of your order)

All shipping addresses to Puerto Rico will be shipping using DHL services (fees will match UPS ground price displayed in your order at the time of checkout).

ALL shipping addresses in Canada will automatically ship via DHL (unless prior approval received from company to ship using alternative shipping service).

ALL International orders are shipped using USPS or DHL (unless prior approval received from company to ship using alternative shipping service). If UPS worldwide shipping is selected upon checkout for international orders, the shipping will be recalculated and any shipping price difference will be refunded back to customer's paypal account.

* Please note: Customer are subject to pay any border and custom fees that are related to the package.

*Please note: All packages placed on hold by customer after order is completed (delay in providing shipping label or any other reason) will have a holding fee of 10.00 USD per package per day.

 PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESSES at the time of checkout. Any change in address after an order is submitted will have an address correction fee applied (Domestic shipments only, for international please call your local carrier to make arrangements). Claims & Return Policy

All items missing/ damaged or does not match the description online at the time of receipt should be reported to New Age Imports, Inc. via email: newageimports@sbcglobal.net within 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. No refunds will be made if claim exceeds 7 Days after date of delivery. Please do not discard any damaged goods unless notified from one of our employees. You may be asked to email a picture of the goods in question. You may be asked to return the products with ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Any and/or all products returned without the original packaging will have a 15% restocking fee applied prior to refund.

Wholesale companies are responsible for all the shipping charges on refusal to accept the shipment (Shipping charges are to include shipping delivery fees along with return fees)

No merchandise will be accepted for a return/ refund without prior authorization from our company.
