All orders are shipped by UPS Ground in USA.
Wholesale companies are responsible for all the shipping charges on refusal to accept the shipment.

Shipping World Wide by UPS or USPS if requested.

USPS customers must email or fax the purchase order. Email: info@newageincense.com Fax #: 714-526-6249, our sales agent will contact you about payments. On orders please provide your name & phone number. Document preparation fee will be added to your shipping cost $20.00.

We may ship order to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico by US Mail if requested. International shipping is also available by UPS or USPS, please read above for USPS shipping.

Claims

When losses involve damaged or missing cartons, please contact the delivery carrier for instructions on filing claim first. Then please notify us as soon as posible.

Missing items should be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods to New Age Imports, Inc.

No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization
